Yes, but only within 1 hour of placing the order. After that, we start processing it to ensure fast delivery. Contact us immediately at support@revesworld.com if you need to make changes.

You can check your order status anytime by logging into your account and heading to the 'My Orders' section. Once your order is on its way, we’ll email you the tracking details so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@revesworld.com and we’ll help track it down or offer a solution.
We’re sorry! Please email us at support@revesworld.com within 5 days of receiving your package, including your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, with original packaging. Please visit our Returns page or contact support to initiate a return. Sale items are also refundable.
Shipping & Delivery
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can use this link to follow your parcel’s journey in real time. If you haven’t received it within 2 days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.
For orders within the Netherlands, delivery typically takes 2 to 3 business days. For EU countries, delivery usually takes 4 to 7 business days, depending on the destination.
For orders within the Netherlands, delivery is free when you spend over €100. If your order total is under €100, a flat shipping fee of €4,95 applies. For deliveries to other EU countries, shipping costs vary depending on the destination and will be calculated automatically at checkout. The final amount will be clearly shown before you complete your order.
If you’re ordering from within the EU, there are no import duties or additional customs fees. All prices include VAT, so there are no surprises upon delivery.
Returns & Refunds
You can return any item within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as it’s unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging. Sale items are also eligible for return unless stated otherwise.

Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5–10 business days. The amount will be refunded to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email once it's completed.
